Based on the date we receive your cancellation notice; we will calculate your cancellation fees and refund rate. Refunds are given as a portion of the entire cost of the discontinued program, or service. Applicable refunds will only be paid once we have received the returned funds back from the supplier(s). The failure of a supplier to provide a refund is not our fault. For services missed or not used after departure owing to no fault of our own, including your expulsion from a Cultural Immersion Program due to your negligence or violation of these Terms, no reimbursements, discounts, or refunds will be given.

It is agreed that Bhagyalaxmi Educational Services’ liability shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the fee paid by you for the service rendered
